PLEASE NOTE. Treatment by appointment only.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS. Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions including pregnancy prior to booking, as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
COURSES. All monies paid for courses are non-refundable, although balances may be transferred to other treatments.
DEPOSITS/CANCELLATION POLICY. 50% of payment is required for all treatments of 75mins or longer. These are non-refundable unless more than 24hrs notice of cancellation is given.
GIFT VOUCHERS. Available for most treatments. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. We regret that we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers.
PUNCTUALITY. We at Hibiscus Beauty Salon request that you arrive on time for your appointments so that we can ensure full treatment time and prevent inconvenience to other clients. Late arrivals will forfeit the missed treatment time.
MOBILE PHONE COURTESY. We request that you switch your phone to silent whilst in the salon.
NO SMOKING POLICY. We operate a strict no smoking policy.
CONSULTATIONS. All clients visiting Hibiscus for the first time will have a thorough consultation. This information is confidential and is covered by the Data Protection Act. Patch tests will be required at the consultation.
